Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the jetta 9 platform at jetta-9.com (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jetta 9 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"). We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to jetta 9 and participation in any gaming activity on the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services on jetta 9, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one jetta 9 account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates will be suspended, and any winnings accrued through duplicate accounts may be voided.

Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the point of registration and update your account details promptly should any information change. jetta 9 shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication code with any third party. jetta 9 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

jetta 9 may require you to submit Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage of your account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Standard documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification acceptable within Bangladesh. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension or account closure.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on jetta 9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

Supported Payment Methods

jetta 9 currently supports the following payment methods for BDT deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfers. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time. Current supported methods are always displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account.

Deposits

• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your jetta 9 balance instantly under normal circumstances.
• Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard are subject to standard bank processing times and may take up to one business day to credit.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum deposit amount per transaction may vary by payment method and is displayed at the point of deposit.
• jetta 9 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your mobile banking provider or card-issuing bank may apply their own fees independently — we have no control over these.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification status.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction are displayed within your account settings.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to verification requirements. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or for first-time withdrawals pending KYC review.
• jetta 9 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal where fraud, bonus abuse, or identity concerns are present.
• Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

jetta 9 periodically offers promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are governed by specific terms which are published in plain English alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that offer in addition to these general Terms.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only, subject to any specific eligibility conditions stated in the offer terms.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible player, per household, and per IP address, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the specific bonus offer terms.
• jetta 9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice where misuse, technical errors, or suspicious activity is detected.
• In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a bonus offer, the specific bonus offer terms prevail for that specific offer.

Seasonal & Event Promotions

jetta 9 may offer enhanced odds, cashback promotions, and special offers during major sporting events (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL) and cultural occasions such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). These promotions carry their own specific terms, which are published with each event. All promotional content is in English and clearly dated with a validity period.

Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

jetta 9 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other automated tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that involves prior knowledge of a fixed sporting outcome.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, or depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions to generate winnings or credits. Any winnings generated through a technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Attempting to access any part of the Platform's systems, databases, or code through hacking, reverse engineering, or any other unauthorised means.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts in violation of the one-account-per-player rule.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in any behaviour that jeopardises the safety, integrity, or reputation of the Platform, its employees, or other players.

jetta 9 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account(s), void all pending bets and winnings associated with the breach, forfeit account balances, and take such further legal action as we deem appropriate under Bangladesh law.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the jetta 9 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jetta 9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jetta 9.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any Platform content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices on the Platform.

Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms. jetta 9 operates these games under valid commercial licences from each studio.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jetta 9 hereby disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Service Availability

While jetta 9 operates with a target uptime of 99.9% and maintains enterprise-grade infrastructure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, or circumstances beyond our control (including telecommunications failures and force majeure events) may result in temporary service interruptions. jetta 9 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from such interruptions.

Maximum Liability

In no event shall jetta 9's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action arising from or related to the use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gaming Disclaimer

Gambling involves financial risk. jetta 9 provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion options to help players manage their activity. However, jetta 9 shall not be liable for any financial losses resulting from a player's failure to use these tools or from a player's decision to continue gaming despite being aware of gambling-related concerns.

Governing Law

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation between the parties shall be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism available under Bangladesh law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never been included.
